About Hope | Parent Life Specialist & Founder of The Hopeful Approach

I'm Hope — a certified parent life specialist, founder of The Hopeful Approach. With over 20 years of experience as a nanny and family assistant, I’ve supported families through every stage of parenting — from sleepless newborn nights to teenage transitions — and everything in between.

Throughout those two decades, I became more than a caregiver. I was a calm presence in moments of chaos, a steady hand through big emotions, and a trusted guide to parents navigating the ups and downs of raising children. That experience gave me a front-row seat to the real, unfiltered challenges of parenting — not just from the child's perspective, but from the parents’ emotional landscape as well.

My deep passion for mindful, conscious parenting led me to earn my certification through the Jai Institute for Parenting, where I trained in a holistic, heart-centered model rooted in connection, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation. Through my coaching, I now support parents in moving away from reactive patterns and toward more intentional, attuned relationships with their children — and with themselves.

I am also a soon-to-be, first-time mother. As I prepare to step into motherhood myself, this journey adds a new layer of depth and resonance to my work. Becoming a mother isn't just a personal milestone — it’s a lived expansion of the empathy, wisdom, and tools I bring to my coaching. I now walk this path not only as a guide, but as a participant, deepening my understanding of what it means to parent with presence, compassion, and grace.

The Hopeful Approach is a space for parents who want to grow, heal, and connect — without judgment or perfectionism. Whether you're navigating toddler meltdowns, co-parenting stress, or simply want to be a more conscious parent, I’m here to walk alongside you with practical tools, heartfelt support, and yes — hope.
